The Proof Team, How is the team dynamic? And how important is it to your success? Really important we are all brothers with the exception of our ad team and CFO. So we really thrive off of each other.
we know what our weaknesses our so if there’s something we know the other can’t handle we might take it or assign it somewhere else.
Our calls and meetings usually turn into joking around or talking about weekend plans etc. We have a pretty laid back relationship and dynamic
But when it comes to putting in work we get it done. We got a big shipment in after one of our shows and had to send out a ton of shades. We got into it and boxed them up labeled them and shipped them out. We stayed up late to do it all and get it done, but it is important to us to keep customers happy with some Wooden Sunglasses.
So in general the dynamic is really collaborative. we bounce ideas of each other and we’ll run with some and kill others quickly if they are whacky. As brothers we can do that a little easier since we aren’t worried about stepping on toes or offending eachother. We’re all passionate about Wood Sunglasses and want Proof to succeed.
